them is "Tahu Gejrot" and make it colored from the others. Tahu Gejrot
is a characteristic food from Cirebon, Indonesia. Consisted of fried
tofu which was then cut into small pieces and eaten with marinade sauce that is from brown sugar, vinegar, and sweet soy sauce. Usually served
in small "layah" with garlic and/or chili cut into pieces.
